Real-time Alerts from The Bank of Hemet is available on personal accounts, and lets you know the moment something important happens in your account by instantly sending a message via text*, email, mobile push notifications or to your Online Banking message center. With Real-time Alerts you’ll always know exactly what’s happening with your money, and you can watch for suspicious activity.

Beginning 02/11/2019, customers are advised to log on to Online Banking and activate the new and more responsive Real-time Alerts.  Alerts that were established prior 02/11/2019 will not transfer to the new system and will be deactivated on March 1, 2019.

Set up the following alerts to receive updates on your account activity:

  • Daily Balance Alert: receive a daily alert with your current balance
  • Balance Alert: set a specific account balance amount and receive an alert when your balance is either over or under that amount
  • Transaction Alerts: receive alerts when deposits, checks or withdrawals occur on your account, or when transactions over or under a certain amount occur
  • Insufficient Funds Alert: receive an alert when your account does not have enough funds available to cover a transaction
  • Security Alerts:  receive an alert if your information is changed or if someone is trying to access your online banking

With Real-time Alerts, you simply setup your account, choose the delivery method, and prepare for more control over exactly what’s happening with your money, even watch for suspicious activity in real-time, and it’s free.

To enable Real-time Alerts, log into Online Banking, click "Alerts" in the upper right corner, set up "Contact Options", "Alert Options" and prepare for more control over exactly what's happening with your money.  

Real-time Alerts is currently capable of delivering alerts through the following channels:

  • Text:  Receive Alerts through text messages*
  • Email:  Receive email messages about your account activity.
  • Mobile Banking App:  Receive push notifications from your smartphone. Activate these alerts from our Mobile Banking app.
  • Online Banking Message Center:  View your Alerts every time you log on to Online Banking.
