Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Operations, assesses overall bank training needs. Designs/develops training programs and materials and/or identifies outside training resources. Utilizes knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques in presenting bank training programs. Manages employee career development in order to achieve an optimal match of individual and bank needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (This job description does not list all the duties of the job).
• Oversee all aspects of bank training and development
• Assesses bank training needs in conjunction with The Bank of Hemet's
strategic plan
• Assists managers with the coordination and implementation of individual
career development
• Develops and delivers training programs and/or utilizes other training
resources as identified
• Utilize new technologies to enhance learning
• Develop short-term and long-term training measurements
• Manages training scheduling in order to accommodate the operations needs
of the bank
• Develops annual training calendar and budget
• Development and implementation of the CSR Learn and Earn Program

• Generally has three to five years of training and development experience
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Certified BSA training
