Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Card

If your Bank of Hemet ATM/Debit Card has been lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. Immediate reporting ensures that your potential losses will be kept to a minimum or avoided entirely.

To cancel your card immediately please call (951) 766-4100.

  • During regular business hours, your call will be answered by a bank representative in our Customer Service Center. Our Customer Service Center hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • After hours, please choose Option 1 from the automated system, and you will be transferred to the Lost or Stolen Card Service Center to deactivate your card. (You'll need to order a new card by contacting the Bank at (951) 766-4100 during regular business hours.) 

 

Access to Free Credit Reports

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires each of the nationwide consumer reporting companies – Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion – to provide you with a free copy of your credit report, at your request, once every twelve (12) months.
