Job Summary
Performs a variety of duties in promoting and selling bank products to new business customers throughout Southern California. Primary responsibility is to solicit new business through the sale of our Merchant Remote Capture product, Business e-Deposit. Promotes various other products including payroll, merchant services, business loans, corporate credit card, online banking, and personal deposits/loans. Is knowledgeable of all bank products and services.

• Obtain new deposit relationships throughout Southern California primarily
• through the promotion of Business e-Deposit
• Conduct demonstrations of the Business e-Deposit product to business • owners and executives
• Sell various products including payroll, merchant services, business loans,
• corporate credit cards, online banking and deposit accounts
• Achieve sales expectations as defined by Product Manager
• Maintain accurate records of all contacts and sales production and report • results accordingly
• Stays informed of Bank’s competition including products, pricing and
• competitive advantages
• Takes an active role in promoting The Bank of Hemet by participating in trade
• shows, expos, business associations and community events in market areas • outside the local branch locations
• Provide new Business e-Deposit customers with training and support

• Minimum 2 years proven business development and presentation skills
• Strong sales and service skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Strong source of business contacts or a book of clients
• Ability to resolve problems and effectively deal with client issues
• Basic computer skills needed
• Ability to comfortably communicate with Business Decision makers
• including C- level Management
