The Bank of Hemet ranked among the Top 4% of banks nationwide!

Fiserv Bank Intelligence, a nationwide firm that provides technology solutions to the financial world, recently awarded The Bank of Hemet with the PROVEN PERFORMERS AWARD 2013.

The Fiserv Proven Performers Award Program is designed to recognize banks that have sustained banking excellence for five consecutive years. Bank Intelligence Solutions at Fiserv conducted an extensive study of every eligible bank in the United States and those that met the stringent criteria for sustained profitability, growth and risk management performance over a period of the last five years were named Proven Performers. Fiserv recognized 234 exceptional banks as Proven Performers out of 6,238 banks in the United States.

The Bank of Hemet is distinguished as one of the 234 institutions nationwide and one of only four banks in California to meet and maintain the highest levels of success each year from 2008 through 2012.   


Bauer Financial 5 Star Superior Rating, Q4-2013  

The Bank of Hemet is one of only three banks headquartered in Riverside or San Bernardino County to be awarded a 5-Star (“Superior”) Rating from Bauer Financial, Inc., an independent bank rating company. Bauer’s 5-Star Rating, their highest performance ranking, represents an independent, unbiased analysis of a financial institution’s safety and soundness position. Bauer has been analyzing and reporting the financial condition of the nation’s banking industry since 1983.

The Bank of Hemet is pleased to announce that this is our 17th consecutive quarter to receive a 5-Star rating.

Ranked #3 of California's 215 banks in Overall Performance by FMC, 2013 

The Bank of Hemet is proud to announce its current ranking as #3 over all banks in the state of California for Overall Performance by FMC, Group for the quarter ending December 31, 2013.  This ranking is based on return on assets, return on equity, efficiency and other various categories.  The Bank of Hemet has continually placed within the top 5% of all California Banks since 2009.

The Bank of Hemet receives Highest Rating for Financial Strength and Stability

The Bank of Hemet is the only bank headquartered in Riverside or San Bernardino County to receive "Five Stars" in's Safe & Sound® Ratings Service for the quarter ending on September 30, 2013.  Five stars is the highest award rating and defined as a "Superior" ranking of relative financial strength and stability.

One of eleven Exceptional Banks in California as recognized by The Findley Reports, Inc. for 2012

The Bank of Hemet has been designated an "Exceptional Bank" for 2012 by The Findley Reports, Inc.  Eleven banks received this distinction, out of 200 banks eligible in California.  As a highly regarded financial industry consulting firm, The Findley Reports has been recognizing the financial performance of banking institutions in California for over forty years.  Four basic traits were considered in addition to each Bank's financial performance: stability of board and management; organizational health; balance within the balance sheet with core earnings and control of the risk profile of the organization; strong partner relationships with their customers, shareholders, regulators and industry.  The eleven exceptional banks range from $151 million to $22 billion in asset size.

The Bank of Hemet makes SNL Financials Top 100 "Best Performing Community Banks" in the U.S.

The Bank of Hemet was among the top 100 best-performing community banks in 2012, according to a ranking compiled by SNL Financial LC, a Virginia based information services firm.  SNL ranked the best-performing banks using six core financial metrics that focus on profitability, asset quality, and growth in 2012.  With assets just under $450 million, The Bank of Hemet was one of only three California banks to receive this honor. (Community banks with assets less than $500M.)  

The Bank of Hemet highlighted in ICBA 400 - Top 20 Community Bank Performers

The Bank of Hemet has been named in the June 2012 issue of ICBA Independent Banker as one of the Top 20 Community Banks in the United States.  This is the second consecutive year that the Bank has received this honor.  This ranking is compiled from standard industry performance measures that include return on assets and equity.  The Bank was highlighted as a top performer in both categories.

The first bank in California, and one of 22 banks nationwide, selected to participate in a high performing bank program, based on financial strength, earnings performance and exceptionally high standards. (2009)
